Система Пассари (Passari) – Эшелон Энтертэймент (Echelon Entertainment) завершила аукцион по продаже своих материальных активов и интеллектуальной собственности целью которого являлась попытка спасти родительскую корпорацию Каалакиота (Kaalakiota) от возможного кредитного дефолта. В общей сложности корпорация продала приблизительно 35% материальных активов и 55% прав интеллектуальной собственности.
